These terms cover your use of GLHF.MT, run by [LEGAL ENTITY] of [POSTAL ADDRESS], Malta. Using the site means you accept them.

Using the site

Read it, share it, link to it — all welcome. What you may not do is anything that breaks the site or the law: scraping it wholesale, attacking it, impersonating us, or republishing our work as though it were yours.

Our content

The articles, photographs and design on this site belong to us or to whoever licensed them to us. Quoting a paragraph with a link back is fine and always has been. Republishing a whole article is not, unless you ask first.

Team names, logos and game artwork belong to their owners and appear here as reporting, not endorsement.

What you send us

If you send us a story through Cover Your Story, or anything else, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to use it as the basis for coverage, including quoting you, unless you tell us at the time that something is off the record.

You confirm that what you send is yours to send, and that it is not confidential in a way that would get either of us into trouble. We read everything and we cannot promise to publish anything.

Advertising and sponsored content

Some articles are paid for. Those carry a clear sponsored label. An advertiser never gets to decide what we write elsewhere on the site, and buying a placement does not buy favourable coverage.

Accuracy

We work to get results, standings, dates and names right, and we correct mistakes when they are pointed out. But scores get revised, fixtures move and organisers change their minds, so nothing here should be treated as an official record. If it matters, check with the organiser.

Links to other sites

We link out often. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they contain or do.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it or from being unable to. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the Maltese courts have jurisdiction.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top says when we last did. Questions go to hello@glhf.mt.
